Viribright® Limited Warranty
Viribright® Lighting, Inc. (“Viribright®”) warrants to the original end-user (“Purchaser”) that its eligible LED lighting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the applicable limited warranty period set forth below. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.
Warranty Coverage Periods
All Viribright® lighting products are covered by a Limited Warranty as follows:

This limited warranty applies only to the original Purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of claim.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase showing the product name and purchase date. The Purchaser must contact Viribright® at support@viribright.us to obtain current return instructions and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
The defective product must be shipped to the address provided by Viribright®. Upon receipt and verification, Viribright® will determine whether the product qualifies under the terms of this limited warranty. If approved, Viribright® will issue a replacement product at no charge. If the original model is no longer available, Viribright® reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute product of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only when the product has been properly installed, operated, and maintained according to Viribright’s published specifications and guidelines. The product must have an intact, legible, and unaltered manufacturing or product identification code. Products must be used in suitable fixtures and environments consistent with their rated performance characteristics.
The product must be operated within an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +40°C, with a maximum control point (TC) not exceeding 85°C. Operation outside of these conditions, or in a manner inconsistent with Viribright® recommendations, may void this warranty.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover defects, failures, or damages caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, negligence, or unauthorized repair. It also excludes failures caused by electrical conditions such as power surges, under/over-voltage, or incompatible dimming or control systems.
Damage resulting from use outside recommended temperature, humidity, or voltage ranges, as well as normal wear and tear, lumen depreciation, or cosmetic fading over time, is not covered.
Viribright® is not responsible for damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God.
This warranty does not cover labor, installation or removal costs, shipping, packaging, or handling fees. Product performance affected by external devices or control systems is also excluded from warranty coverage.
Claim Evaluation and Determination
All warranty claims are subject to product inspection by Viribright®. The company reserves the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this limited warranty. Such determinations are made at the sole discretion of Viribright®, and all decisions are final.
If a product is found to be defective and covered under this warranty, Viribright® will provide a replacement product or a comparable substitute. This replacement shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for product defects and supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied. Viribright® specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall Viribright® be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, nor for any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the product. Certain jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, and some provisions may not apply.
Policy Updates
Viribright® Lighting, Inc. reserves the right to revise or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
