Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand – sometimes we change our minds too! Orders typically ship within 1 business day, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes if requested. However, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it at this time. We hope to offer a cancellation option in the future.

If the item(s) don’t work out, feel free to exchange them for a different style or return them for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the continental United States and do not ship to Hawaii, US territories, or other locations outside the mainland.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard shipping policy is to process and ship in-stock items within 1 business day. Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and product availability. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Viribright.com Orders:

You can initiate a return directly through your online account. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Retailer/Distributor/Marketplace Purchases:

Returns for these purchases must be made through the original retailer. We are unable to process returns for orders placed through third-party retailers.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive the item(s) in good condition.
