A: While we maintain limited inventory from our approved partners, the majority of Powered By products ship directly from our partners, who are strategically located in the Eastern, Central, and Western U.S.

Many of our partners share our commitment to service and aim to ship in-stock items within 1 business day.

A: To return a product, please contact our customer service team for return instruction. Returns should be sent to the address provided by our team, which may vary depending on the product or partner.

All returns must comply with our return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include all the original packaging.

Restock fees: 10% apply to all items 3ft plus and/or 40lbs+.

Refunds less any applicable restock fees (see returns for more details) are processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive the item(s).

Powered By products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. Warranty details for each product can be found on the respective product page.

For Viribright® LED light bulbs, our products are covered by a limited 1-3 warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
